Walking around the center you can see the building of the town-hall. The Saint George Church lets you see the scars on the stone left on the church´s door by the sharpening of the sardiners´ Knives. Close to this you can see the palace of the "Casa Torre" where you can visit an exposition room.

When you are in the park, declarated Historic and Artistic Park, you can see a wide range of trees, some of then are from America. Behind the railway station you enter into the port zone where is obligated visiting the Virgin of the Carmen monument at the end of the dock.

Above the port, going ahead the Capitán Mendizabal street you get the popular Paseo de la Sardinera with the statue of the emblematic figure of the sardiner made by Lucanari in 1964. You can get a fantastic sight of the coast there.

At the port, you can take the opposite direction and and walk to the dock of Portugalete across a beautiful zone surrounded by palms. The visitor can see interesting buildings as the Palace of Oriol or San Juan de Dios clinic of English style.

If the guess prefers the sea , you can make a trip on the Txinbito, a ship that will show you the sea landscape.

For the mountain lovers you have the Serantes with ancient rests of fortifications, you can get a wonderful sight of the whole village there.

Inside the village the visitor can experience the amability ot the native people having a look over the popular districts of Mamariga, Kabiezes, Las Viñas, El Burgo, La Chicharra...
